Start with the Greek Ministry of Tourism’s official procedure through EUGO and the competent Regional Tourism Office. The procedure describes operating notification and supporting conditions, including a guarantee. Check the specific conditions for your establishment; serving Mexican travellers does not itself turn this into a Mexico import procedure.

Check the SECTUR catalogue to identify whether your service belongs in the National Tourism Register (RNT). Use the official tourism window for the relevant registration process. A Greek agency serving visitors in Greece should not be sent to this route merely because those visitors are Mexican.
